Todd Moster is the guiding force behind Moster Legal Placement.
Todd has worked in the legal staffing industry since 1998. Before founding Moster Legal Placement, he worked for two of the largest and most respected Legal Placement Companies in the world.
A 1982 graduate of UCLA School of Law, Todd worked as a Deputy District Attorney for the Kern County District Attorney's Office for four years. His work there included serving as a member of the Career Criminal Prosecution Unit and managing a branch office.
Todd entered private practice in 1987, when he joined a prominent national law firm. He later became a Partner in the Los Angeles law firm of Donfeld, Kelley & Rollman, where he practiced in the areas of business, real estate and employment litigation. He has tried numerous jury trials to verdict, and presided over Small Claims and Traffic cases as a Judge Pro Tem.
Todd specializes in the permanent placement of Attorneys into Law Firms and Corporate Legal Departments. He's placed attorneys at nearly all levels of experience, from Corporate Counsel to General Counsels on the In-House side, and from Partners to Associates and Staff Attorneys on the Law Firm Side. He also works with Paralegals, Administrators, Legal Marketing Directors and Upper-Level HR Professionals.
Todd has also worked in documentary television, including as a writer for a popular History Channel show.

Charles is a 1984 graduate of Temple University Law School , and holds a BA from Georgetown University and an MA from the University of San Diego . He began his career with the General Counsel's Office of the U.S. Commerce Department, where he represented the government on numerous precedent-setting cases and was a recipient of the U.S. Department of Treasury Certificate of Award for Distinction in Credit Management (1989), one of the highest awards offered by the federal government.
He went on to become a Founding Partner of Moster Wynne, where he oversees the firm's legal work and advises clients on risk management and litigation avoidance strategies. Before entering the legal profession, Charles was a top recruiter with a well-respected regional recruitment firm.
Charles' talents go well beyond the legal and recruitment fields. He is an artist, an author who has seen his plays and musicals produced in theatrical, television and radio venues, and an award-winning songwriter.
Given his accomplishments as a lawyer, recruiter, entrepreneur and artist, Charles brings a creative, real world perspective that elevates MLP's placement capabilities to an entirely new level.
