The key to success in the legal profession, or really any other endeavor, is the ability to take note of essential details, keep track of the big picture, and communicate your goals in an effective, persuasive manner. Those very same qualities play a key role in an effective job search.

Interview BootCamp is a program separate from our traditional (for lack of a better term) “headhunter” services, because it doesn't involve our putting candidates and employers together for specific employment positions.

Instead, Interview BootCamp is a paid consulting service designed for individuals who do not want to utilize MLP's headhunting services, but seek to improve their general job searching, resume preparation and interviewing skills.

Those utilizing our BootCamp services will typically be individuals who have decided to undertake a new job search based upon their own contacts and leads, and want a refresher course on the basics before they get underway. Others may have already scheduled themselves for an interview and want to be as prepared as possible for that all-important meeting.

The program is equally well-suited for groups. When law firms or other businesses are implementing personnel cutbacks or in the process of dissolving, for example, they may refer their employees to us to help them prepare for the job search to come.

Description of Services:

Those enlisting in the Interview BootCamp program will receive, depending on the package, some or all of the following services:

1. Up to two hours of preliminary discussion and guidance on general job search and general professional objectives.
   
   
2. Up to three hours of detailed resume analysis and advice including, when appropriate, suggested resume revisions prepared by MLP for candidate consideration.
   
   
3. A detailed preparation session which covers general interview techniques and scenarios, along with job and candidate-specific advice when appropriate.
   
   
4. Mock job interviews recorded on videotape for analysis and suggestions for improvement.
   
   
5. Up to five cumulative hours of telephonic support and consultation with regard to first and follow-up interviews, follow-up strategies, techniques for responding to offers, and any other relevant issues that may arise during the job search and interview process.

Packages and Prices:

• Package A : Includes Services 1 and 2 above: $200

• Package B : Includes Services 1 through 3 above: $300.

• Package C : Includes Services 1-5 Above: $400.

Conditions and Guarantees:

• Interview BootCamp is intended to be a consultancy-only service for candidates seeking advice, but not specific job search assistance, from MLP.

• Should an Interview BootCamp participant later opt to seek MLP's general headhunting services, all consultancy fees will be refunded on successful placement, MLP's receipt of payment in full from the employer, and the expiration of any applicable guarantee period.
